Shipping

When placing an online order through BARANGS, all items are shipped using JNE. Shipping estimates will therefore be provided by JNE once the shipment has left our warehouse.

Please note that Barangs is not responsible for items lost in transit caused by JNE - we do offer insurance with shipping at checkout to fully cover you if your parcel is lost. 

Returns Policy

At Barangs Store, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, there are certain circumstances which can warrant a refund. Please note that the no-returns policy does not apply to BARANGS in-house apparel.

If you are concerned about sizing, please feel free to email us at Barangs@gmail.com before your purchase. We will gladly provide you with the best information possible, but please note that comfort preferences vary for each person and by purchasing you agree that we are not in any way responsible if the size does not fit.

In-store and Online returns Policy

For purchases made online or in-store, we do not accept returns or exchanges regarding issues with size or colourway.

However, if a purchase is made In-store or Online whereby the item is flawed or tarnished (in some-way) resulting in the item being unfit for its purpose, we are able to provide a full refund. 

  1. BARANGS do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is not as described, faulty or fake. We give customers 2 working days upon items received to notify us of any concerns or complaints through email or whatsapp. Customers will be required to provide a detailed explanation of their concern and photos of the item. BARANGS will then investigate the case and get back within 1-3 working days. If the item turns out to be flawed, a refund will be processed to the customer’s account. 
  2. In the case you do not notify the team within 2 days, BARANGS will not be held responsible for the item.
